    Steve Howe is an experienced Leadership Coach and Founder of ResilienceBuilder who over the past 20 years has held various General Management and Sales leadership roles for companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Schlumberger and Sema Group, at both a country, regional and global level. Steve is focused on supporting people throughout their career by helping them become more resilient and able to adapt to change and cope with stress and burnout.

  • Nairy McMahon

    Nairy is the Director of CRR UK, delivering training in Organisational Relationships Systems Coaching (ORSC) in the UK, Ireland and Nordics. Nairy is a CTI trained coach and ORSC Certified practitioner with a corporate background, having worked in banking and property development. She has spent the past 10 years collaborating and running a private investment company in London and has acted as a business advisor to a number of start-ups. Nairy has a strong interest in teams, especially culturally diverse teams. A psychologist by education, Nairy has worked and lived on four continents.

    Tom Carson has held board level and CEO positions for global multinationals and for new business start-ups in Ireland, the UAE and the Caribbean region. His experience spans strategy formulation, sales management, market development and solution delivery into all industry sectors. As a Leadership Coach Tom works to encourage the development of authenticity and genuine care as cornerstones to successful business outcomes.

    Declan Tyrrell aka the CFO Whisperer, is a former CFO and Strategy consultant. Declan is passionate about helping sales executives elevate their conversations with the C-suite so they can help the organisations they serve better prepare for the future.     He has led workshops and worked with executives in a variety of organisations including Google Cloud, YPO (Young Presidents Organization), EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), the British Government, Capgemini, Lloyds’ bank and others.
