Leadership Coaching

Leadership is tough. Working with a coach can help you see the unseen, amplify your strengths, gain clarity of purpose and define specific areas for your development as an authentic leader.

My role as a Coach is to be a witness and to hold you accountable to the promises you make to yourself. All that is possible can be claimed. Let’s extend beyond the boundaries of your beliefs.

Behaviour change is required to enhance leadership. Behaviour change is hard work and progress takes time. Leadership coaching engagements last a minimum of 6 months, allowing time for you to work through the ups and downs of development.

During a leadership coaching relationship you will identify areas for development that will have the greatest impact on your success and then craft a Development Plan. This plan can be shared with your key supporters if you wish and reviewed during each coaching session for progress or course correction.

Who am I?

I first met Aluba back in 2017 when I worked at Salesforce. At the time, he was brought in by my management conducting a series of workshops as part of forming a new team.
